Our 3rd Week in the Philippines
We have had a very busy past couple of weeks so it doesn't seem like we have been here almost a month.
Our first week of school was awesome! The students are so sweet and easy to work with. They seem to be enjoying their new teachers, for which we are grateful.
They love Nathan and his funny personality, but who wouldn't? 😁
Thursday evening we had a wonderful service. Its is exciting to have all of the students in attendance as well. I always enjoy the little ones; this is Stephanie. She's one of the few who will allow us to get near her.
Friday evening was youth fellowship. Nate and I could tell how much fun they were having from upstairs so we eventually made our way down to watch.
They played some of the funniest games. We can't wait to teach them to our youth group back home some day.
Yes that is a raw egg and yes two people actually smashed it every where. 😁
Nate has found a fun way to exercise while here. The young men like to play basketball after service on Sunday. We arrived back from Calamba just in time for him to play.

It is hot outside, but we are making the best of it. The people are so sweet and are always worried about us being too hot. They always supply us with water and a fan. I think I am getting used to it; it doesn't seem to be as bad as the first few days after we arrived. That's a good thing!
